Copper Lane House,
University of Alaska, Fairbanks, AK
From The Page (March, 1997):
This will be a potluck event. Please reach me at (phone) or (phone) with information on what you want to bring (one dish requested per household). Main meats will be provided, however, everything else is needed. Side dishes, salad, bread, cheese, fruit and vegetables. Please let me know what you would like to bring, or call if you need suggestions as to what will round out the meal. Contributions should be enough for 8 people minimum. Please keep in mind that events are getting quite large these days however. Ham, beef, and a chicken and rice dish are already planned.
Contest will be for desserts. Dessert however is not to be considered your potluck item. Bring your own dishes, the site may not have them available. Please also bring any stories you might have, and definitely bring your song-books and instruments. A bardic is planned. There will probably be no fighting, as the weather is usually still inclement in March. For more information, contact the autocrats. Location: St. Brendan's Episcopal Church, (address omitted).
Site Fee: $11 if you bring a dish, $15 if you don't — desserts don't count!
Autocrats: Fredricka Jean Grey (contact info omitted) and Katherine of the Black Eagles (contact info omitted).
Description of this event (if any), taken from The Page, or from memory of at least one person who attended the event.
