From The Page (May, 1995):

Come one, come all to a gathering of An Tir's and the West's warriors and artisans. It is time to show all the excellence and expertise our kingdoms have to offer. Illinois River State Park in Cave Junction, Oregon, will be this year's site for battles, artistry, and antics. Cavern's Gate Freehold, along with Glyn Dwfn and the Summits will act as your hosts.

There will be a "Unique and Original" as well as the usual battle scenarios. If you have any ideas, send in your battle cries. Fighters please note that the new kingdom policy states that fighters must provide their own water bottles.

We are also inviting equestrians to bring their mounts to the event. A special equestrian encampment will be provided. For more information/ contact Feargus Adham (mundane name) at (phone) eves.

Other activities will include archery competitions, a chess tournament, games and competitions on the "village Green" for the smalls, bardic circles, scheduled entertainment, and more!

The "Forks" of the Illinois river meet on site to form a great swimming hole for all to enjoy. No life guard will be on duty, so please watch children carefully! Dogs, cats, and birds must be leashed and properly restrained, especially around horses. Current fire restrictions for that time will be posted and enforced. The site is discreetly wet, period containers only. Shopping and gas are less than one mile from the site.
