All Good Gentles, pray attend. The Illustrious Baron of Darkwood has declared that there shall be a Tourney of Archery, to prepare the populace for the coming of the season of War. Therefore prepare yourselves, your loved ones, and, most importantly, your bows and arrows for this wondrous event. The Baron wills the range to open for warming at 9:00 am, and the competition shall begin precisely at 10:00. (Hoods, please arrive at 8:30 for set-up.)

There will be IKAC and Royal Round Competitions for the Baronial Company of Archer's much sought-after Hood, as well as the Championship of the Tourney. Additionally, all Gentles possessing Combat Archery Equipment are invited to arrive well prepared to participate in a test of combat prowess (an IKCAC and/or Light List, depeilding on participation), and anyone wishing to try their hand at Combat Archery is likewise invited to participate in the Combat competitions. The Baron's Glorious Force of Combat Archers has room for all.

There will be lots of prizes (we kindly request donations of prizes), and don't forget: You could be the next member of the renowned Darkwood Baronial Company of Archers, and wear the jaunty Black-and-White Hood that marks that honor.
