The Thirtieth Year

War Maneuvers -- Cynagua

November 11, 1995 (A.S. XXX)

Sacramento, CA

From The Page (October, 1995):

There are rumblings of insurrection arising out of Fettburg! War banners are on the march! Rumors abound surrounding one person's cry of "Freedom"! Site opens at 8:00 am with armor inspections starting at 9:30 am! Listen Up at 10:00 am in armor! First battle commences immediately after! Battles to include Castle, Bridge, Forest, Open Field and Rolling Hills fights as weh as combinations and the like to fin the day with plenty of Fighting. Sides will be announced and or determined at the War. Units should group together at the listen up. Please remember that in the castle battles only pole arms of 7 1/2 foot length are used-no pikes, pikes may be used in all other battles. Light troops may use javelins, golf tube arrows, approved siege engines (approved by Marshal in Charge at the war) and siege rocks.

Site Fee: $6.00 (some for Betony Wood in whose lands the war is fought and the rest for site improvements). Due to space limitations there will not be room for Merchants at this event. The on site house is off limits, please do not have people call to forward messages to you. Also THE POOL IS OFF LIMITS TO EVERYONE -- anyone found in the pool will be asked to leave the site. As this is a WAR, children must be supervised at all times!

Autocrat: Alfrik Favnesbane (contact info omitted).
