Scenarios shall be executed consecutively.
4pm     Archery Competition Concludes
9am     Pas d'Armes

All scenarios shall be conducted in an orderly and timely fashion. Combat shall commence on time regardless of how many fighters have taken the field. Because we wish to present as much quality fighting as possible, we are not andclpating an organized break for lunch. Please plan accordingly.

Combat - Procedural Notations:
1. When fighters arrive at the site they must present both their site token and their fighter authorizadon card at the troll booth to receive an authorization sticker for their helmet. ONLY FIGHTERS WITH AN AUTHORIZATION STICKER ON THEIR HELMET WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE FIELD. NO STICKER = NO FIGHTING. Accommodations shall be made for any new authorizations needed before combat begins.
2. The combat field shall be marked off with brightly colored tape. There will be "gates" in the tape barrier. All fighters must pass through these gates for armor inspection and to be counted. During armor inspection, fighters will be marked with colored tape, indicating that they have been inspected and indicating to which army they are assigned. Each Kingdom shall be responsible for Inspecting their own fighters and weapons at the gates for safety and rules compliance. FIGHTERS THAT DO NOT USE THE INSPECTION GATES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FIELD. After the first scenario, mandatory use of the gates will be eliminated, however armor/weapon inspections will continue.
3. A horn will sound three dmes to indicate that the combat will begin in fifteen minutes. A horn will sound two blasts to indicate that combat will begin in five minutes. All scenarios will be started and stopped by a single horn blast
4. All combat archery shall be regulated by the respective Kingdoms' law. Combat archers that display orange "felon" (orange triangle: pronounced "faylon") are not to be struck by any heavy weapons fighters. These archers are killed using the following process:
A) DO NOT STRIKE THE ARCHER.
B) The attacker must be within 15 feet of the archer (do not strike the archer).
C) Present weapon (point it, do not strike the archer).
D) Declare the individual dead (you guessed it, do not strike the archer).
If you encounter a group of archers and you wish to kill them, you must do this to each individual archer.
Archers that do not display this symbol maybe slain by conventional means (yes, you may strike them).

Scenario Number One: Open Field Battle: 1 pt.
This scenario is a tradirional "to the last fighter" batde on open field between the forces of the West and the forces of Caid. The numbers of combatants on each side will be determined by Kingdom affiliadons.

Scenario Number Two: Open Field Battle: 1 pt .
The only difference between this scenario and the former is that the two armies would trade field positions.

Scenario Number Tliree: Resurrection Battle: 1 pt.
This scenario shall be a one hour resurrection batde. Two resurrecdon gates will be maintained; one for each army. Three stationary-strategic objectives will be provided (flags on hay bales). The strategic objective points will be scored three rimes during the battle, at twenty minute intervals. The armies will receive one point for each objective they control. To score an objective point an army must control and be in defense of an objective point when the scoring bell is sounded. A total of nine objective points will be awarded during the scenario. The army with the most objective points at the end of the scenario will be declared victor.

Scenario Number Four: Bridge Battle
This batde takes place on a bridge constructed from hay bales. This batde will be "to the last fighter" or until the final units have been completely routed. In this battle the shore shall extend on both sides of the bridge. A fording point shall be designated so that fighters can "wade" across on their knees. The teams for this scenario will consist of relatively even number of troops on each side.

Scenario Number Five: King John II's Gully Confrontation
Back by popular demand! The gully batde takes place in a wide grass covered river gully. This scenario is usually considered to be one of the most challenging and fun features of this site. The gully battle will also be fought to the last fighter. The teams for this scenario will consist of relatively even numbers of troops on each side.

Pas d'Armes
This tournament will be conducted in the grand traditions of the Pas d'Armes, where honour, courtesy, and chivalry abound. We strongly encourage pageantry both on and off the field. Details for the proceedings of the Pas d'Armes will be available on-site. Bring your banner, tabards, surcoats, etc.
