It is again time to make plans to attend our Kingdom's most majestic event. Twelfth Night A.S. XXIX will return to the beautiful Civic Center/Red Lion Inn in Modesto. Ticket prices: October 1-15, $11 for adults, $8 for 8 to 14 years old; October 16 to January 7, $13 for adults, $8 for 8 to 14 years old. Tickets may be purchased starting at October Crown at kingdom and principality events or by mail, include an SASE, from Gwenhwyfar ferch Gwilym ap Morgan (name/address). Merchants should contact the autocrats for reservations and information after October 1. For hotel reservations call Red Lion Inn (phone). Rooms are $74 for one to four adults, $25 for an additional roll-away for the fifth adult. Tell the reservations clerk you are attending the S.C.A. conference. Twelfth Night A.S. XXIX is returning to the beautiful Civic Center/Red Lion Inn in Modesto. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m .. Activities: Chivalry Meeting 9:00, Laurel M~eting 9:30, Pelican Meeting 10:00. Page School mentor meeting (time TBA at event). First court starts at noon and all court business must be received by the duty herald no later than 10:00 a.m.
Their Majesties are asking the populace to bring covered candles and banners for the dining hall, and for peers to bring pennants on poles for sid play int the Court Hall.
Beer and wine will be sold at hotel prices in the banquet room but no other alcohol is allowed inside the center other than two "happy hours" hosted by the Brewer's Guild.
Ticket Information: Price includes parking: $13 for adults, $8 for 14-8 years old. Tickets may be purchased at Kingdom and Principality events or by mail from Gwenhwyfar ferch Gwilym ap Morgan (name/contact info) (include SASE). Parking passes (needed when leaving the garage) will be issued at the front door during the event.
