Humboldt State University,
From The Page (September, 1994):
Once again the students of St. Brendan's are up in arms. Why? Well that doesn't really matter. What is important is that you are invited to join us, again, for the fourth annual college revolt, a weekend full of fighting and revelry.
Scenarios will be announced at the site. Western rules will be in effect, induding Markland blunts and thistle missiles will be allowed. No archery screen required. Lights are welcome and encouraged.
The site will be Horse Mountain, the same site it was at three years ago, for the first college revolt. West Kingdom fire rules will be in effect and strictly enforced, i.e. no ground fires and open fire pits must be watched and attended with shovel and/or fire extinguisher at all times. There is a spring on site but it is recommended that you bring your own water as we are not sure as to the condition of the spring come September.
Parking will be tight so please make every effort to carpool. If need be, a shuttle will be running if the need arises. Site opens Friday around noon, and will close when the last person leaves on Sunday. Site fee will be $6, under 14 $3 and children 5 and under will be free.
