Wild Wind Equestrian Center,
Rio Linda, CA
From The Page (September, 1994):
It is time for another equestrian tourney. The site will be Wild Wind Equestrian Center in Rio Linda, CA. The site has a large arena, plenty of parking, flush privies, and great footing. We will be doing the usual games: rings, quintain, behead the Saracen, javelin toss, flag race and others if time and creativity allow. If you have an idea for a game or activity, please feel free to call the autocrat. We will be having a meeting of the College of Equestrian Arts during the lunch break to discuss upcoming issues and activities.
There are rental horses available. Contact the autocrat for cost and other details. Your reservations must be paid by September 19. Overnight stabling is also available. Contact the autocrat to make arrangements. Remember, new corporate requirements state that you must have a blue card to participate in equestrian activities. The autocrat will be checking this on all riders. The autocrat also needs grounds crew people. Please contact her if you are interested in helping.
Autocrat: Iseult ni Elam
