This year's Investiture will be held up in the cool pines of Camp Richardson, South Lake Tahoe, CA. We have rented more space this time. There are flush privies and hot showers. The beach is about a mile away and horseback riding is available. Calling ahead for reservations is suggested (phone). Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed. Parking is limited - please carpool if possible.
There will be a Princess' Tea and a prize tourney on Sunday. The Kitchener's Guild will be holding a class on medieval tableware. Bring two skeins (different colors) of medium weight yarn if you wish to participate in the class on weaving a pouch. A limited number of looms will be provided.
The Merchant's fee is $10; the site fee is $6, $3 for children 12 and under. The site will open Friday at noon and will close Sunday at 5 p.m.
