The site is the Scottish Rite Hall, (address omitted) in Oakland. The site opens at 8:30 a.m. for merchants only and 10 a.m. for the general public, The site closes at midnight.

The site has three stories. The main level is where the changing rooms and the dining hall are located. You may bring food and drink into the hall. There will be bake sale items for sale during the day as well. There is an elevator with operator but it will be restricted to those people who need it the most. Please try to limit your use of the elevator and use stairs as much as possible. The second level has rooms for merchants, extra dining, Casbah, bardic and Page school activities. Food and drink are prohibited in all rooms with carpeting. This will be strictly enforced. The third level is the auditorium for court. All court business with the heralds will take place on this level. There will be an overflow merchant room on this level as well. There will be areas for dancing on the first level during the day in the auditorium after court.

Competitions: Arts - children's costume; Sciences - child's toy; Wooden Spoon - cook off (interpret the following recipe - Foille de pastee bon sarrays, & iplaunted prin conynges & volatils, date ywaschen & isouced in hony, chese neowe icoruen thryn; clouwes, quibbes, sucres abouen. Merchants; there are three sizes spaces to choose from. There are 14 ten foot by ten foot (three tables) available at $45 per space. One licensed merchant per space. The fee includes one ticket and one reserved parking space. There are six spaces of double table merchants at $35 per space. One licensed merchant per space. Fee includes one reserved parking space and one ticket. There are 14 single table spaces at $25 per space. One merchant per space; fee includes one parking space and one ticket. There may be limited tables available in the hall. Size of space must be adhered to. Merchants are allowed into the hall for set up at 8:30 a.m. and will be allowed use of the elevators throughout the day.

Parking; we have reserved a parking garage 2 1/2 blocks from the site. Unloading will be at the front of the building and at the rear of the building. Unloading areas are limited so try to move quickly. Parking in the parking lot behind the building is reserved for royals, merchants and autocrats. There will be constables at the parking garage all day and mundane security in the garage. People should be escorted to the garage or go in groups after dark.

Tickets are available at $11 through December 30. After December 30, all tickets will be $13 including at the door tickets. Children under 6 are free. Make checks payable to "S.C.A. Inc. West Kingdom Twelfth Night".
