The Twenty-eighth Year

Third Annual Revolt -- St. Brendan

September 17-19, 1993 (AS XXVIII)

From The Page (September, 1993):

The College of St. Brendan is yet again up in arms. However, this time we will not succumb to the urge of actually inventing some silly pretense to justify our wanton lust for violence and good brew. We do this because up here in the far north there is quite simply nothing better to do than to wage war with your close friends and neighbors.

Site fee will be $6 and the site will open at 4 p.m. on the 17th. All fighters are welcome and Markland style blunts will be used throughout the day. Scenarios being discussed include a bandits' raid, a resurrection bridge baltic, and multiple castle battles. There will also be an adult treasure hunt on the night of the 18th. Also please be aware that his site is without running water and although some water will be made available we suggest you bring your own.

We do ask that if you plan to come from outside the immediate area, please notify the autocrat. This is merely so we know who to expect and who to notify in case of last minute changes.

Autocrat: Gaunilon Blackfriar a.k.a. OOK (name/contact info).
