Oerthan Winter Coronet and Investiture will be held January 22 and 23 at Viking Hall, (address omitted), Anchorage, AK. The site opens at 10 a.m. on Saturday and closes at 10:30 p.m. Saturday. It re-opens at 9 a.m. Sunday and closes at 4 p.m.
The site fees are listed below. The general site fee includes lunch on Saturday and brunch on Sunday morning. On Saturday evening there will be a feast by reservation only. If you do not pre-register and pay for the feast you will need to bring your own food, or go oH site (there are several eating establishments within walking distance of the hall). All are welcome to join us in the hall and share in the entertainment during the feast.
Before January 1, site fee only for adults is $I2, children 5-12 $6, children under 5 are free. For site fee and feast, purchased before January 1, adults are $25 and children are $20. After January 1, site fee only for adults is $15, and children 5-12 $9. No feast tickets will be available at the door. Make checks payable to "S.C.A. Inc., Principality of Oertha".
All travelers must make arrangements for their own accommodations before they arrive in Anchorage. There is no crash space available in the hall. It must be completely emptied and locked at night.
