The Canton of Montaigne du Roi will be holding it annual prize tourney on Saturday, February 5 at Laguna Grande Park in Seaside; the usual site.
Fighting will be double elimination and prizes will be awarded in several categories, including best death.
The site fee is $3 and includes access to the famous Montagine du Roi tavern. There will be an additional $1 list fee for all fighters. The tavern will open at noon put pastries and coffee will be available around 9 a.m.
Alcohol is not allowed at this site.
Site will open at 9 a.m., armor inspection at 10 and the lists will close at 10:45. Fighting will commence at 11 sharp.
