KHTI cordially Invites you to come and celebrate' our first anniversary. Thanks to the gracious shire of Esfenn, the site will be San Felipe Community Center, (address), Hayward. The site fee Is $5 per adult to cover the cost of the hall.
Besides the opportunity to catch up with friends you haven't seen over the winter, there will be many interesting and diverting games, including on-going games of Cathedral, Mah Jong, Backgammon and Chess. Please bring any other games you wish. Additionally, there will be a live chess game run by Frederick of Holland, so bring your boffers and a rapier-like wit. Come early to play.
There will be a Mad Dog Nine-Man Morris tournament, and a team S.C.A./History trivia game with prizes for the winners. There will be a $1 entry donation for these games.
We will have two dancing sets, from 1 p.m, to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m, These will be lead by Harold van Rhelnfelden and Broce of Alderden. Come and dance 'til you drop.
In the evening there will be an auction. Please bring your purse, and bid high and often. Please contact EiIis O'Bolrne at (phone) to make donations for the auction.
And, finally, the shire of Vair Couvert will have available, for a small donation, soup and bread, beverages and desert items. These donations will benefit KHTI. And, speaking of donations, the KHTI donation table will be set up; come look at the pictures of the land, pick up a KHTI Update, and for a donation of $20 or more, collect the 1994 KHTI t-shirt.
