Prize Tourney -- St. Cassian

FUN & PRIZES! The College of St. Cassian of Imola is hosting its 3rd Annual Prize Tourney on Saturday, May 9th at St. Cassian (CSU Sacramento). Many prizes will be available to various contestants, including tunics, tankards, chocolates, chemises, an astrolabe and a sundial, etc. Fun competitions will be held through the day and will consist of both fighting and non-fighting type competitions. Non-fighter, competitions will include duct tape sculpture, crayon illumination, blind-folded calligraphy, potato signets, javelin toss and much more. Fighters will compete in a sword and shield list, polearms-over-barriers, florentine, ete. A relay race for combined teams of fighters and non-fighters will also be held. First, second and third places for each competition will all win points toward purchasing prizes.
