From The Page (June, 1992):
Come and enjoy the cool bay breezes with the Canton of Montagne du Roi at their Midsummer Nights Feast and Quest for the Unknown Saint. The site will be the Presido of Monterey, Defense Language School, International Learning Center. Prices are adults $10, Children (5-12) $5, and under 5 free. The site opens at 10 A.M. and closes at 11 P.M.
The feast will consist of two removes and the theme is Viking Plunder. The quest will consist of 3-4 person teams. Study your SCA as well as medieval history because if you goof your team will pay a penalty, and we've come up with some devious ones. The first team who completes the quest and finds our saint will win a prize. There will be no tourney.
Advanced reservations are encouraged because only 70 feast tickets will be sold. For reservations send a SASE with your legal name and number of tickets to the autocrat. Alcohol is permitted on site.
Autocrat: Tamara Antoinette (name/contact info).
