Come celebrate All Hallow's Eve and the November Coronet Tourney at a favorite spot about 40 miles east of Sacramento. We have the entire campground, including the Wagonwheel and the Meadows along the Lake. Hot showers and flush privies on site (plus the usual "portable" accommodations). All fires must follow SCA and State Fire Marshal rules. Noise Turn-Down at 10 P.M. Merchants are welcome. Pets must be on leash.
Added to the fighting and regular events, the Page School will hold a Jack d Lantern decorating competition for Children and the Young-at-Heart at 1 P.M. on Saturday (All Hallow's Eve Day). Finished entries will be displayed at Pavilions welcoming Children and the friends of children to a just-after-dusk Lantern Procession for All Hallow's Eve treats. If you wish to include your pavilion in this event, please notify the Autocrat or the Page School Minister by 3 P.M. Saturday. Other events to celebrate the Eve are also planned.
Competitions: Arts-Fashion accessories (shoes, gloves, pouches, hats, etc.) and Decorated Scabbards. Copper Spoon-'Stews of Wild Meat' or 'Stews of Tame Meat' (two categories). (See the Kitcheners' Guild for "how-to" info if needed.) Guild Meetings-Both the Herbalists Guild and the Copper Spoon Kitcheners' Guild will meet (open to all).
Site fee $5 (children 5 and under are free), and pets (on leash) $2 per night.
