From The Page (August, 1991):
The Baronies of Westermark and Vinhold graciously invite you to join in a day of war scenarios and training by the West Kingdom War College. We will meet Sunday, August 4th at 10 A.M. at Ed Levin Park in Milpitas to run a series of quick scenarios interspersed with some training by prominent war leaders. There will be several morning battles, followed by a quick lunch after which we will inspect all arms and armor to the Pennsic standards. The day will conclude with a barbecue (cost included in the site fee).
The war scenarios will change conventions based on the war leader running the scenario- standard conventions will not always be used! The park does not allow bows and arrows, but some scenarios will have javelineers. Site fee is $4 per person, plus $3 per car payable to the park.
Autocrat: John Theophilus (name/contact).
