From The Pegasus (January, 1992):
There is to be a camping weekend at St Helen's, East Coast, Tasmania, from 10am Saturday to 5pm Sunday. Costs are $10 (members) and $12 (non-members); with a $5 late fee after Twelfth Night Coronet. Cheques payable to 'SCA Hobart'. There will be a campfire feast on the Saturday night, a 'No Shield Tourney' on Sunday: the winner to be proclaimed 'Islander (there can be only one)'; various contests of strength, endurance, wit and skill, including mini-caber tossing, a quest, haggis-eating, and storytelling. Several will be at the site directly after Twelfth Night Coronet, to set up and relax, so come up and join us. Highland garb and scots personas encouraged. This event is basically a reason for interstate visitors to extend their holidays and have a good time at a (slightly) silly event. Autocrat: Richard of Dunheved (contact info omitted).
