The Twenty-sixth Year

Mists Spring Coronet

March 28-29, 1992 (AS XXVI)

From The Page (March, 1992):

Their Highnesses Amanda and Douglas invite you to truly celebrate the selection of their successors to the thrones of the Mists at Coyote Lake Park in Gilroy.

Princess Amanda is also sponsoring a challenge list between Her Escort and Champion, and all who would challenge them. She will provide cookies for the loser to present to the winner's inspiration. This list will be fought in the open fields as the lists get smaller, and on Sunday if interest remains. The Coronet lists will be standard double elimination, with no special first round requirements. Archers, bring your gear-we will have archery IKAC and Royal Round Competitions. The Page School session will be kites (meet at the Darkwood Pavilion 2 P.M. Sat.).

Competitions: Arts: Favors (held before the Saturday lists). Sciences: Beer. Silver Spoon: "Cavalier's Breakfast" (9 A.M., Sun.).

Their Highnesses will be sponsoring a party in the Royal pavilion and on the eric in the evening. After court, but before the party, there is a contest for Best Chocolate Chip cookie, at the Royal Pavilion. Entries will be consumed during the party. The Mists's Brewers will meet at the same time, with the same objective, with HRH Douglas bringing a keg of non-B.U.D., to this gala event.

The autocrat, John Theophilous, requests volunteers to run the shuttle service. Please phone him.
