From The Page (April, 1991):

The Warriors of Caid and the West will face each other again at Hickey Park for a fun filled weekend of fighting, archery, and Arts competitions. We have secured a much larger section of the park this year, with double the parking area, double the camping area, and the large ravine which runs the length of the park to fight in as well as the large well groomed field used last year. [This site usually doesn't allow doqs -ed] We are happy to make arrangements for fighters wishing to also partake in the Archery Competition, just notify Norwache's Captain of Archers, Sigurd Storm rider to set a convenient time to shoot. There will be no pre-registration required for the Arts Competition, documentation will be required, registration forms will be available from the Arts and Science Autocrat. Arts will be accepted from 10am-noon on Saturday. All entries must be picked up by 3pm on Saturday. We will be having the Treasure Chest Auction, all contributions will be gratefully accepted, the proceeds to be split between the two Kingdoms.
