Eric Holdstar's Knighting Ceremony. The buffet -- even that couldn't remove the smile from his face. A bit more detail: "Just prior to the actual slap, King Eric scared the crap out of Eric Holdstar by putting on a full metal gauntlet. "Bow thy head!" he thundered at the hapless new knight, drawing back his arm and raising his hand. Once Eric looked down, the Queen's Champion (Garth of Windhaven, standing behind the thrones) pulled the gauntlet off so the King just laid bare flesh on Eric.
