Investiture - Principality of the Mists

The Mists Spring Investiture will be held at the Barn in Livermore. There'll be a potluck in the round in the evening. Information & DIRECTIONS will appear in subsequent issues of The Page. For more information call the AUTOCRAT: Morgan Conner (name/phone).

The Mists Spring Investiture will be held at the Barn in Livermore. The SITE FEE will be $3, with the reduced rate of $1.50 for children under 15, & those under 5 free. The site opens at noon, with evening clean-up starting at 11. There will be ample parking. There is a large grassy area adjacent to the hall for day use. ONLY THE HALL IS A WET SITE! The PAGE SCHOOL will have 'What is a Page' & Period cooking classes. The SILVER SPOON COMPETITION will be Berry Anything. In the evening there'll be a potluck in the round. Kitchen facilities are available for food warming. Dancing is being planned for the evening's festivities. For more information call the AUTOCRAT: Morgan Conner (name/phone).

The Principality of the Mists will be holding its Spring Investiture at the Barn in Livermore. The SITE FEE is $3, with the reduce rate of $1.50 for children under 15, & children under 5 free. The site opens at 10 am (NOTE TIME CHANGE), with evening clean-up beginning at 11 pm. The Lady of the Mists has requested a Princess' Champion Lists to be held in the afternoon. Lists sign-ups begin at 10 am.

(Tentative Schedule): 10 am--Hall opens/Lists sign-ups, 11 Last Court of Chad and Krysta, Investiture of Farin and Ascelin, 1/2 hour after Investiture--Princess' Champion Lists, 1/2 hour after Lists--1st Court of Farin and Ascelin; 6pm--Pot Luck, 8--Dancing & general merriment, 11--clean-up (Hall Closes).

There is ample parking on the vacant lot East of the hall. The hall itself is a metal building, & as such will reflect the temperature outside, so dress accordingly. THE HALL (AND ONLY THE HALL) IS A WET SITE. In the evening there'll be a potluck in the round (bring whatever you wish to share, spaces will be set aside on each table). Kitchen facilities are available for the warming of food. In order to give the hall a more period look, the Autocrat requests that anyone with banners or rugs (that they are willing to lend) please contact him to arrange for pickup.
