The Shire of Rivenoak, aa hosts, invite one and all to attend Cynagua Winter Investiture at the Colusa County Fairgrounds (site of this year's Ducal Prize) on Saturday, January 26th: Two fine large halls are available for Court and feasting. Not only will there be spacious settings, there are also sumptuous sculleries (full kitchen facilities). The site opens at 10AM and closes at 10PM. Site fee is $4. This is a wet site [alcohol permitted]. Amemities include flush privies, nearby town facilities, and plenty of parking; RV-ers have access to full hook-ups for $6. There is limited merchant space, please call ahead to reserve. Help us create a fine heraldic display by bringing your banners. The arts competitions will be Story Telling (an original song or poem based on a tourney), and Fashion Accessory (headgear). There will also be an auction to benefit the Cynagua Royal Regalia Fund.
