We are hosting our annual Archery & Arts Tourney at the Archery Field in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
The Archery competitions include both IKAC & IKCAC rounds, as well as a Traditional Long Bow Division, & a division for younger archers. Unfortunately, park rules prohibit crossbows.
The Arts competitions include: best bardic work on an archery theme (extra credit for original works), costume based on a character from 'Robin Hood', Fine Arts (includes illumination) with an archery theme, Cooking (extra credit if you can work in an archery theme), & hand kissing (no archery requirement). At supplies are available for use by children & others.
Site opens at 10; competition will begin about 12. There will be a potluck lunch at 2. If you wish to participate in the potluck, please bring a dish from the following based on your mundane last name: A-H=Main course; I-R=Side dieshes & salads; S-Z=Desserts. Please supply your own bread & drinks; this is a DISCREETLY WET SITE.
