The Shire of Champclair is having a BBQ "feast" & fighters' practice on Sunday, August 19, AS XXV. Fighters' Practice begins at 11 am & the BBQ begins at 1 pm. The site will be open until at least 6 pm. People should bring something to BBQ for themselves, & a side dish or dessert to pass around. Lemonade will be provided, & the park allows beer or wine if you want to bring it.
The site is at Laurel Creek Park in Fairfield. We will have a covered cooking area, & a nice grass fighting field. There are trees & buildings for shade, & free parking. A DONATION of $1 per adult will be asked to help with site expenses.
