In the Barony of Winter's Gate (Anchorage*, AK) at 7 pm at Yak Estates (site tentative, call to confirm) will take place the Love Revel. All love celebrants must be 18 years old or older. There will be a site fee of $2. Food is potluck, please bring fingerfoods, drink & tableware.
COMPETITIONS: Iveroy Thimble contest for Nicest Favor made by a lady for her lord (the lady doesn't need to have offered her favor to any one special), the Most Desirable Cloak worn by a lord (men can borrow cloaks if they don't own one), Most Sensuous Hair (men & women), Best Chest (men), Best Neck (women), Best Ear Nibbler (men & women), Most Seductive Love Poem or Song, & Best Aphrodisiac. Other events include Cloven Fruit, Dancing (tentative), the Story of Courtly Love, & Castle Dalliance.

* Grigorii, the Kingdom Chronicler at the time, got this so wrong it is painful. Winter's Gate has always been in (and around) Fairbanks, Alaska, 350+ miles from Anchorage ... sigh.
