From The Page (April, 1990):
The Mists/Cynagua War will be in Napa at the Berryessa Boy Scout Camp. SITE FEE: $5. Armor inspections are at 9:30 both days with listen ups & the battles beginning at 10:30. There will be a mid-day break as appropriate. Lights are welcome. We hope to have war archery for 1/2 of battles on Saturday, although this is not yet confirmed. We also hope to allow siege engines. If siege engines are allowed they must be inspected BEFORE the weekend of the war. Contact the autocrat. There will be a short court after the fighting on Saturday. THE SITE DOES NOT ALLOW DOGS. Fires in designated fire pits or BBQs only. AUTOCRAT: Andrew Shay Forestborn (name/phone). A complete schedule is being assembled; the Autocrat will mail copies where requested as soon as available.
