June Crown will be June 24-25 at San Lorenzo Regional Park. The site has hot showers, tall shade trees, water, a museum and a swimable river. Good? Within walking distance is a 24-hour Safeway, a motel, yet the park is secluded. The Barony of Darkwood will be hosting a hospitality pavilion during the day and a tavern Saturday night. There is a team of a dozen autocrats to share the blame. They can be reached through the Baron Sebastian, (phone). Directions and the latest news in next month's Page.

The Wooden Spoon competition for June Crown is Salads and/or Greens. Please substantiate the ln-perlod availability and use of the ingredients. Your written recipe and substantiation must accompany your entry, and must also include your name. If you have any questions, suggestions, idead, etc., piease write or call Dierdre (name/contact info).

June Crown will be June 24-25 at San Lorenzo Regional Park in King City. The site has hot showers, flush privies, tall shade trees, water, a museum and a swimable river. Good? Within walking distance is a 24-hour Safeway, a motel, yet the park is secluded. The Barony of Darkwood will be hosting a tavern offering food, drink (nonalcoholic) and entertainment. The Baronial Archer will be running an archery competition. The Baron will be sponsoring a filk song competition. The site fee is $5. Since the Kingdom is being charged on a by-car basis, please save the Kingdom money by carpooling whenever possible. The merchant's fee is $15 for the weekend. There is a team of a dozen autocrats to share the blame. They can be reached through Baron Sebastian, (phone).

The West Kingdom Page School will be holding its regular session at June Crown. The session will begin about 2 pm on Saturday, and will cover boffer, shield, and favor making for the upcoming Children's Tourney. All children are welcome. The Page School is interested in everyone's input. To this end, there will be a one hour "open house" discussion for all parents, prospective pages, or anyone who has opinions, suggestions or questions about the Page School. Please come to the blue/gold pavilion of Siobhan of Cloverdell at 1 pm on Saturday. There will also be a short mentors meeting at that time.
