Journey to the Sea Rat Inn & join Capt. Cat O'Nyne Tales & her crew in celebrating the return from a triumphant voyage (lots of Booty). In accordance with the Trade Agreement (privateering license) Capt. Cat will open her cargo holds & auction various & sundry goods to beneft the West Kingdom Land Fund.
The Sea Rat Inn will open on Saturday February 3rd at 11:30 am. The Inn's Winter quarters are at the Herms Boy Scout Camp Lodge in El Cerrito. The SITE FEE is $5 per person (this includes tokens for entry into the gaming den).
The infamous Sea Rat Gaming Den is back & will have a wide selection of games of chance including Cathedral, Crown & Anchor, Darts, Shut the Box, & More. Come & try your hand at games of chance. The gaming den will close at 9 pm & be followed by the token auction. The famed Sea Rat Inn Galley will be serving food & drink from noon until 8 pm. Capt. Cat's own personal cook has specially prepared the following menu: Tasty Chili, Chunky Chicken Soup, Hearty Split Pea Soup, Zesty Vegetable Soup, & Savory Stew, all for 100 cents per bowl. Bread & Cheese sells for 50 cents, & Apple Cider (hot or cold) for 25 cents. The Common Room of the Sea Rat Inn will open for your pleasure & enjoyment & will abound with rowdy and boisterous entertainment of all sorts (singers, dancers, players, & more). Promptly at 4 pm the cash auction of the collected booty will begin. Take heed & guard your purses well for the common room shelters all sorts of riff-raff & cutpurses.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Capt. Cat has recently been made aware of the evils of drunkenness (her crew misplaced HER ship) & has FORBIDDEN ANY ALCOHOL at the Sea Rat Inn.
