White Shield Feast & Tourney -- Darkwood

The Barony of Darkwood bids all good gentles of the West to come sample the foods & customs that our fighters have brought back from the Crusades at the 4th Annual White Shield Feast & Tourney. Yes, our theme this year is 'Back from the Crusades'. Tickets for the Feast will be $10 & are available starting at Twelfth Night. The tourney site open a at 10 am with armor inspection st 10:30. Fighting starts at 11. We'll be choosing a new White Shield Champion, who will win a new White Shield. There'll alao be several melees. (Note: the fighting site is not yet confirmed.) The Hall opens at 4:30 & the Feast begins at 5:30. The Feast is at The Eagles Hall, (address omitted), Santa Cruz. Directions & more information will appear in the next Page, or can be gotten from the Autocrat. Tickets will be sold at Twelfth Night, or send a SASE to the AUTOCRAT, Lord William d'Aurberi (name/contact info).

Oyez! Oyez! Tickets for the 4th Annual White Shield Feast & Tourney are now on sale. Yes, our theme this year is 'Back form the Crusades'. Tickets for the Feast will be $10. The tourney site opens at 10 am with armor inspection at 10:30. Fighting starts at 11. We'll be choosing a new White Shield Champion, who will win a new White Shield. We'll also be fighting several melees. There'll also be a Saracen's Bransle for the fighters so that they can show us the exotic dances of the East. The Hall opens at 4:30 & the Feast begins at 5:30. This year we'll once again be having our Silent Auction, so please bring money to spend. (If you wish to donate items for the auction, call the Autocrat.) The Feast is at the Eagles Hall, (address), Santa Cruz. The Tourney will be at the East Field of UCSC. Tickets are available from the AUTOCRAT, Lord William d'Aurberi (name/contact info).
