Boar Hunt and Feast -- Beaconsgate

The Riding of Beaconsgate invites everyone to our Fourth Annual Boar Hunt and Feast at Camp Hermes, in El Cerrito. Ticket prices will be $10 for both the hunt and feast, or $8 for just the feast ($5 for children four to 12). Site fee for the day only is $3. Tickets may be purchased in advance by sending checks and SASE to Beaconsgate Feast c/o Abernathy, (address). Make checks out to "Riding of Beaconsgate." Tickets will also be available for sale at October Crown. Call (phone) before 10 pm, for more information.

The Riding of Reaconsgate invites one and all to our Fourth Annual Boar Hunt and Feast at Camp Herms, El Cerrito. Participants in the Boar Hunt can he hunters (armored, using a boar spear) 'hounds' (armored, using, a dagger), or 'dogs' (unarmored and barking). Afterwards, we will celebrate with a great feast, honoring both the hunter and hunted with food and music. Ticket prices are $10.00 for both hunt and feast, or $8.00 for just the feast ($7/5 for children 4 to 12? (GRIGORII: Call to verify this, my copy is unclear ...)). Site fee for the day only is $3. To purchase tickets sending a check and SASE to: Beaconsgate Feast c/o Abernathy, (address) (make checks out to "Riding of Beaconsgate"). Feast tickets MUST be purchased BEFORE November 25th. Call the Autocrat, Meriwether of the Four Winds (name/phone) before 10 pm for information. (NOTE: Camp Herms is a Boy Scout camp and is therefore a DRY site.)
