From The Page (May, 1988):
Tarnmist has long had a reputation of being the home port and hideaway for barbarians, rogues and freebooters (Okay, we're a bunch of pirates). We now invite you to make a few hours off plundering. Come and join us for an evening of revelry, bonfires, and games on the Port San Luis Beach. Recommended dress and atmosphere will be any pirate type from 500 AD to 1600 AD. Open fires, bring your own food and beverage, not a dry site. Real firearms are prohibited, but mockups are okay. Limited crash space can be obtained if reserved at least 48 hours prior to the event. For more information, contact the autocrat Christiana of Heathers Glenn at (phone). DIRECTIONS: (omitted)
