From The Page (May, 1988):
The incipient College of st. Cassian of Imola will be holding their first
event on May 14. We invite all to attend our Demo/Prize Tourney. Our goal is to
introduce the SCA to the students of CSUS. We would like to demonstrate the arts and
sciences. The day begins at 2 pm with fighting and end with reveling before 10 pm.
Please bring your dancing shoes. Campus food services will be available for those
interested. No food, drink, or candles allowed inside the revel area. This is a dry site!
We are a new group and we need your support! Banners, decorations, or tablecioths
would be appreciated. If you have questions, ideas, or helpful advice, contact Karolee
Wichmann (phone omitted) or Martin Kick (phone omitted).
Location is the University Union, Redwood Room and South Union Lawn on the CSUS
Campus in Sacramento.
