The Barony of Earngyld will be sponsoring Oertha's Winter Coronet the weekend of January 20-22. The site is Tlingit-Haida Hall in Juneau, Alaska. We will be having a tourney to decide who is next Prince and Princess of Oertha. The theme for Coronet is Norse. Transportation to and from the airport will be provided. Site fee is $20.00. Five meals for the weekend are included in this fee. Sleeping space is available in private homes and on site. On-site sleeping is sleeping bag space only. Reservations should be made in advance. Please contact Elaine of Rainbow's End (name) for reservations at (contact info). For out of towners, we do need to know, flight and travel times, if you need transportation once in town, and any allergies or special habits (i.e., smoking) that we may need to consider when housing you.
