From The Page (October, 1988):
Join the Barony of Earngyld for our Yule Feast on December 3 and 4. The two day event will take place at the Shrine of St. Therese, an exquisite, medieval chapel and lodge on a small Island, 20 miles north of Juneau, Alaska. (Can you tell I'm trying to tempt out of towners?) This is an overnight event. The is a $8.00 food fee and a $5.00 site fee (total $13). Also, if you want to stay overnight, the church charges $12 per night for lodging. There are a limited number of beds on site, so please reserve early. A two remove feast featuring the cuisine of Germany and Russia will be provided, as well as Sunday morning breakfast. One of the contests includes Ukrainian Dyed Eggs. The eggs must be done specifically for this event.
For more Information, please contact the autocrats, Georg and Katya (names/phone) before 10 pm.
