Come help us celebrate our new shire! This two-day revel will tentatively have a combat tourney, chess tourney, Captain Hook quest hunt, archery, cooking contest, and other events yet to be announced. The site will be announced next month. The site fee is $4. We are also seeking entertainment for a bardic circle. If you can help, we can make concessions. Come help us celebrate our new shire! This is the first annual celebration and games to be held by Bryn Y Hebogau (Falcon Bryn). This two-day revel will sponsor a fun match, chess tourney, treasure quest for children, baking contest with a harvest theme, archery and a bardic circle. We do need more chess sets. The site will be the Humbug rest area next to Lake Almanor on Highway 89 in Plumas County. There are good privies, water and shade trees. The site fee is $4.00. This is a wet site. We are also seeking entertainment for the bardic circle. If you can help, we can make concessions. The site will open at 8 am Saturday, September 24 and close at 6 pm Sunday, September 25.
