Rogue's Revel -- Eskalya

Attention all gypsies, thieves, barbarians, troubadours, and all other pillagers of scoeity: you are invited herewith to attend Moondragon Manor's Rogues' Revel.

This will be held July 11 at the Mac Chalet (backup sites arranged for in case) of Elmendorf AFG. Site fee is $4, of which half goes to the Eskalyan Coronet Fund. Site opens at 11am for decorating and silly scroll contest. Please bring banners to brighten the hall and floor pillows for your ease.

Dagger tourney begins at 1pm; contestants must be signed in and present themselves with waivers & cup in hand -- or wherever it is they go.

Feast is potluck assignments by first letter of first SCA name as follows: A-D desserts, E-M meats, N-S side dishes, T-Z breads.

Cooking contests for the following: Non-baked desserts (may be cooked on stove top, fresh, or frozen), Veggies WITH musrhooms (please label as some are allergic to fungi), Stuffed main dishes (artichokes, meat rolls, poultry, fish, whatever).

Other contests and games, besides the usual games of chance: Costume and persona (extra points for garb made new for this event), On-site garlands and headbands (materials provided), Thievery (it's time to find a new Lord of Thieves), Scavanger Quest (prize for winning team), Eskalyan Backstabbing (new name for an old game, which some of you have played before).

Remember! The more gambling and gaming you do, the more chips you'll have for the huge 25-item box auction to be held after supper!
