Also each family/couple should bring a pot-luck dish to feed about 8-10 people, singles one for 4-7. The contests will be for period-style vegetable dishes, hor ot cold; 1 piece of documentation required, 2 if you use tomatoes or potatoes. Documentation means a PHOTOCOPY. The second contest is for hand-held dishes including meat or fish. Please, no spam, sandwiches, or chicken nuggets!

The entry fee for the tourney is an "essay" of 50 words or LESS on why you want to be the Baroness' new champion. Poetry & calligraphy are optional. Since our Baroness prefers Renaissance men, a round of darts (3 darts each, high score wins, tie-breaker round as needed) will also be required.

The tourney itself will consist of 3 rounds: one-handed weapons, cut & thrust pole weapons, and great- or Bastard-sword. Should one person not win all events, there will be a round-robin among the winners to determine an overall winner.

The schedule for the day is: (omitted).

Dragon's nest will be available between Opening & Evening Courts for children. Please call Lady LUrana Dolfine (phone) to sign up your children & reserve your co-op time slot. Parents are responsible for their children during Courts & at feast, but they have activities of their own during the day.
