Arts Championship -- Coille Dubh

Baron Sebastian invites all to compete in the Coille Dubh Arts Championship. The seven competitions are: 1) Medieval Chess, 2) Leaven Bread, 3) Costume Accessories made mostly of leather, 4) Calligraphy and Illumination (if you can't think of something, do the Baron's Award of Arms Scroll), 5) Skaldic Poetry, 6) Dancing, 7) Research Paper (persona documentation).

The Coille Dubh Arts and Sciences competition will be held, the 19th & 20th of September at Camp Stuart Boy Scout Camp, in the hills above Saratoga, near the northern border of the barony.

Baron Sebastian invites all to compete in the Coille Dubh Arts Championship. While there will be no organized fighting activities, there will be a ceremony honoring the many new fighters of the Barony. In addition there will be a bardic circle Saturday evening, featuring the skaldic poetry entries, interspersed with other delightful entertainment.
