Mists Spring Investiture

Mists Spring Investiture will be on May 17 in Yountville in the Barony of Vinhold. The hall will open at 10:30 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. This is a wet hall, but is limited to beer and wine only. Kitchen facilities are available. There will be a pot luck in the round. Bring a dish to serve 8 to 10 people. The last court of Steven and Rosewitha will start at 11:30 a.m., Investiture will follow. There will be a contest for the most inspiring favor and for the most inspirational song, poem or story for a fighter. Map and more information will be in the May Page. Come celebrate the Spring in Vinhold. On May 17 at Yountville Community Hall, the Barony of Vinhold will be hosting Mists' Spring Investiture. The hall opens at 10:30 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. This is a wet hall for beer and wine only. The site fee is $2. The last court of Steven and Rosewitha will be at 10:30, investiture court will follow.

There will be a pot luck in the round that evening. Please bring a dish to serve eight to 10 people and whatever else you like with your meal. There will be two contests; one for the most inspiring favor and one for the most inspirational song, poem or story for a fighter. Caius Aucklandus will lead the dancing after the pot luck. Ian McAngus has something special planned for the children.
