The Shire of East Ridge (if the name sounds unfamiliar, you aren't up on your Lochac geography. ... it's the town of Mt. Waverly, near Melbourne in Victoria, Australia.) will sponsor a prize tourney and feast on November 29. The prize will be two field chairs. An open weapons, round robin (best of three) list will determine the victor. The evening will feature a feast.
The tourney site is Valley Reserve on Waimarie Drive in Mt. Waverly. A potluck lunch is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.; the lists close at 12:30 p.m.; armor inspection is at 1 p.m. and the lists start at 2 p.m. Fighters are asked to bring their lists shields.
The feast will be held at the Holy Family Church small hall, at (address omitted). The site fee for the tourney is one gold piece and feast tickets are ten gold pieces.
There will be competitions for best death, best chivalric observation, best costume accessory, best toast on the subject of the end of Spring, and best recorder playing.
