On Saturday, September 15, Clan Michael will host a Michaelmas Feast of varied and sundry delights. There will be NO haggis! But vast amounts of sumtpuous treats from 16th Century Scotland will be served. Besides the Banquet, there will be competitions and amusements such as a Caber Toss and Scottish Country Dancing. The theme will be a 16th century Scottish Michaelmas celebration.
The ticket price is $8.50 per person, and sales are limited to 50 people. The site is Quail Haven, the home of Michael Hugh Stuarts and Iseult nic Elam, in Loomis CA. This lies on the border between Golden Rivers and Silver Desert.
