The Caer Darth Autumn Feast will be held on 3 November AS XIX at the Santa Cruz YWCA in downtown Santa Cruz. Ticket prices are $8 per person, $4 for entertainers and kitchen help. The feast will be an evening of food, fun, and games, starting at 7pm.
This year's theme is a poacher's banquet; come dressed in peasant garb or a noble's conception of peasant dress. The feast will consist of four removes, featuring ham in pastry, scotch eggs, rabbit in red wine, chicken and mushroom turnovers, and many other delicacies.
Diverse forms of games and entertainment are planned. There will be a costume contest for best peasant garb and best noble's conception of peasant garb. There will be a medieval and SCA trivia game, and many other forms of merriment.
