From The Page (January, 1984):
Stave off the mid-winter doldrums at the BARONY OF TARNMIST'S FEAST on Saturday, 21 January, in Arroyo Grande. Enjoy genuine and taste-tested medieval recipes while the servers and players scurry to feed and entertain you! (Yes, fellow residents of Tarnmist, we ARE going to do that play.)
As the hall is absolutely dry, liquids will be variations on the theme of apple "cider".
Tickets are $7 per person and must be obtained before the day of the feast. Checks may be made out to the Barony of Tarnmist and sent to (address omitted). The site is the hall of the First United Methodist Church at (address omitted).
