The Shire of Windy Meads would like to invite one and all to the Third Annual Championship Tournament to be held on July 11-12 at the Cache Creek Canyon Regional Park. The competition will include arts contests (poetry, calligraphy, cooking), fighting, games, a raffle, and a Champion-Title contests, all to be held on Saturday; there will be a Quest on Sunday. The site opens Saturday morning with lists opening for sign-ups at 10:00 am. The competition begins at noon.
The site is the Cache Creek Canyon Regional Park. There will be a fee of 50cents per person per night (including children). The site lies along a swiftly running creek. There is no barrier to the water. If you feel you will be unable to keep your children in your sight at all times, please leave them safely at home. The waiver information (for minors ... omited).
