From The Page (March, 1981):
A Grand Tourney will be jointly held by the Kingdoms of the West and Caid at Rancho El Charo Park in the Barony of Tarnmist (San Luis Obispo, CA) on April 25 & 26.
These joint war maneuvers will allow the respective monarchs to employ their forces in scenarios including field battles, war archery, individual combats, and challenges. It will test the group tactics of local groups of fighters in many interesting ways.
The Barony of Tarnmist will have an "Inn" at the site. The site has flush privys and running water (and pray that their funding comes through) possibly hot showers!
Autocrat for this event is Karolyn Johnston of Lindley who can be reached at (phone) for additional information.
