Duramen and House Persistant will host a Cavalier Feast and subsequent Revel on March 28 at Crawford's Barn in Sacramento.
There will be two removes, the first consisting of an Olieo (a sumptuous pyramid of food with turkey, beef, chicken, lamb, steamed and fresh vegetables, and boiled potatoes) plus side dishes of quiche and other good things.
The second remove shall be cakes and pastries and fine desserts to delight the palate. Ale and a non-alcholoic beverage will be provided with the meal and throughout the evening. There shall be food abounding and various amusements to occupy spare time.
Ticket prices are $7.50 per person (including children). Doors will open at 6 p.m. and dinner will begin at 7 p.m. Bring your own table service. Advanced reservations only - no tickets will be sold at the door! Make checks payable to: ... (contact info omitted).
There is a limited seating of 40, so please order your tickets now! Be prepared for a grand time in the old Cavalier Inn.
