There will be no food, drink, or smoking in the Ballroom, but eating and drinking are allowed in all other areas of the hall. There is copious free parking.
Reservations: 12th Night is a kingdom event again this year. Tickets will be required for court as well as for the evening revel. Ticket prices are $4.50 till December 1st, $5.50 December first to January first, and 6.50 at the door. Checks should be made out to ... (and address to send them to, omitted).
Banquet: Sorry, this is a brand new hall and the kitchen is not complete enough to do a 12th night banquet. The kitchen will be available for warming food and we'll have a dining area set up, if you wish to bring your dinners with you.
Entertainment: those who wish to entertain at 12th night this year shouldc ontact Lady Anastasia (contact info omitted). She is particularly interested in musicians for dancing but wants to hear from everyone. Entertainers will be admitted free!
Children: The 12th night committee will not be organizing child care facilities. All children who are capable of chivalrous and courteous behavior are welcome but their parents will be asked to remove them if they misbehave.
Housing: For those who do not wish to make their own arrangements, we are offering "Bed and Breakfast" for $2.00 per night per person, (much like Ithra's arrangement). If you wish this service, please fill out the appropriate section of the reservation form below. Bed and Breakfast money may be included in the same check with the 12th night reservation monies.
Autocrat: Golden Rivers contact is Kriemhild of Stonecroft, (See inside front cover of the Page.)
