The hills are alive with the sounds of Ducal.
With things they have sold for a thousand years.
And hope fills my heart with the sounds of Ducal,
For I want to buy everything that’s near.

My heart wants to bang like the sound of the swords and shields
On the field in the sun.
My heart wants to sigh as I watch the knight
That was auctioned an I won.
To laugh with the bards ‘round the fire at night
(Just as long as we pay).
To bid to midnight, though the auction began at mid-day!

But-- the Garage Sale
Is my greatest danger.
I know I will buy what I’ve owned before!
Until we have land, we’ll keep holding Ducal—
And I’ll buy some more…..
